I've tried various different photo developing sites like Shutterfly, Snapfish and even Walmart online, but my favorite by far is the CM Photo Center by Creative Memories. Their website is www.cmphotocenter.com
You don't have to be a scrapbooker to use it. You can download your photos, create albums to store your photos, make personalized photo gifts and digital scrapbooks just like the other sites. Their prices are also very comparable. They have prepaid plans to lower the price per print to 12 cents each,
